I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with 8 years of experience working with clients across the lifespan, and my practice primarily focuses on adolescents and adults. Over the last nearly a decade, I have walked alongside people dealing with depression, anxiety, trauma, and major phase-of-life changes. My background includes a mix of fast-paced crisis intervention and deep individual therapy. Because of that, I know how to help you find quick grounding tools when things feel overwhelming, while also doing the deeper work to figure out what comes next.
