Welcome to the beginning of your path to positivity. I work with individuals, couples, and families across the lifespan. My specialties are helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, communication issues, and emotional well-being. My approach My approach utilizes many theories to help clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, communication issues, and emotional well-being. My focus My goal is to empower clients to heal, deepen self-awareness, and create healthier patterns that foster peace and resilience. My communication style You can expect me to be open and communicative. I will support you in a non-judgmental environment when we’re together. I provide active listening as well as provide you with the space to reflect on your experiences with me as an empathetic counselor. My journey to mental healthcare My desire to support others grew from her own life experiences. Married for 31 years, I have witnessed loved ones silently struggle in their relationships and personal journeys. Those moments sparked a calling to help people strengthen connection—with themselves, with others, and with the life they want to build. My goals for you We will work together to determine your goals for therapy and set up a plan to achieve those goals. As you start to heal, your goals may evolve. If/when that happens, we will align your plan with your new goals. I am here for you, to partner with you, support you, and provide the tools to help you reach your goals. My first session with you We will work together to build a therapeutic relationship through getting to know one another and discussing what brought you to therapy. We will dive into your background and discuss your desired outcome of therapy. As we build our work together, we will adjust goals, plans, and tools as needed.
