I have been providing individual therapy for over 10 years across various settings in outpatient services serving different populations ranging in age. In my practice, I utilize a strengths-based cognitive approach that focuses on the specific needs of the individual. It is goal-centered therapy that allows each individual to identify their specific needs and desires throughout treatment. We will work collaboratively to help you develop your own path for treatment and I will give you tools and skills to practice in between sessions.
