Alyssa Label, LMFT

Psychotherapist
CA
Hello! My name is Alyssa Label, and I’m a board-certified Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master’s in Counseling from San Diego State University. I have been practicing psychotherapy for over 16 years. With compassion and kindness, my aim is to help my clients gain coping skills that foster greater well-being and help manage difficult feelings. My approach I utilize an integrated therapeutic approach based on your needs, as there is no ‘one size fits all’ in therapy. Starting therapy can feel intimidating and vulnerable. Finding a nonjudgmental therapist you connect with is an important part of the process. I support adults struggling to master their emotions and get in touch with their inner strengths. My goal is to create a safe space to help you feel seen and discover deeper insights into yourself. Together, we will pay attention to entrenched patterns that hold you back from desired goals and relationships. I draw from many strength-based and evidence-informed practices. Together, we can explore which blend of techniques might be the best fit for you. My focus I specialize in grief, depression, women’s health, neurodivergence, trauma, and stress management. I am trained in inclusive, Feminist, LGBTQIA, and trauma-informed care. My communication style As a therapist, I strive to provide an accepting, safe space where you can bring your authentic self without fear of judgment. I enjoy working with individuals of diverse backgrounds who are seeking to better understand themselves and the causes of suffering and discontent in their lives. Many feel alone when experiencing difficult life moments, but a connection can make the journey feel lighter. I am interpersonal, warm, and empathetic in my approach, and I will work collaboratively with you to support emotional healing and foster empowerment in you to create the change you desire.
