Do you ever feel like no one could possibly understand you or that your problems are too difficult to solve? Are you worried that you will be judged if you tell someone about how you are feeling? It can be a lonely experience when you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or negative self-beliefs. Unfortunately, having the tools to address these feelings is not always something you have learned or feel confident in using on your own, which can leave you feeling stuck. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adams State University, and I am here to provide support and guidance as you work through these challenges.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Do you ever feel like no one could possibly understand you or that your problems are too difficult to solve? Are you worried that you will be judged if you tell someone about how you are feeling? It can be a lonely experience when you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or negative self-beliefs. Unfortunately, having the tools to address these feelings is not always something you have learned or feel confident in using on your own, which can leave you feeling stuck. I offer a person-centered approach, providing support and guidance for clients to improve self-confidence and develop ideas to begin feeling better. Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) techniques are also introduced to assist clients in gaining new skills to regain control of emotions and thoughts, as well as improving communication with others. My passion is helping children, adolescents, and adults feel heard and validated in their journey to rediscover happiness. I work to bring my genuine self to my sessions, meaning you will feel supported and cared for. If it sounds like we could be a good fit, I invite you to reach out and make an appointment. I look forward to meeting you!
