Alyssa completed her Bachelor of Science at Purdue University with a major in Neurobiology and Physiology with minors in Psychology and Sociology. Alyssa is also a 200-hour trained yoga teacher through South Boston Yoga. Alyssa's clinical focus is inclusive and focused on providing a safe space for self-exploration, empowerment, and healing. Her theoretical focus is trauma-informed and grounded in liberation health, abolition, and an eclectic array of methods and modalities. Alyssa specializes in working with children, adolescents, and young adults; folks who are family planning, parenting, prenatal, perinatal, postnatal, and parenting, and folks who experience chronic pain and/or are affected by chronic/complex medical conditions. In her spare time, Alyssa is an amateur gardener and plant enthusiast.
