What should a new client know about working with you?

I specialize in helping children, adolescents, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral issues, and adoption-related challenges. I offer individual, family, and behavioral therapy, using a trauma-informed, culturally sensitive approach. My goal is to help families build resilience, improve communication, and thrive together.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When working with children, therapy needs to be fun and engaging. I utilize art, music, movement, and games alongside traditional talk therapy to engage the child and create a safe space where they can open up and feel secure and understood. Sessions go the same when working with families, entering the child's world in order to connect and rebuild relationships.
