Hello! I'm Amanda, a marriage and family therapist licensed in Georgia with over 8 years of experience in the mental health field. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with clients facing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, parenting challenges, relationship struggles, Autism Spectrum, and ADHD. I've also supported many individuals in processing various forms of trauma and abuse. My therapy style is warm, empathetic, and engaging. I believe in treating everyone with respect and dignity while supporting them on their journey to healing. My approach combines cognitive-behavioral, solution-focused, client-centered, and strengths-based therapeutic styles. This means I will tailor our sessions to meet your unique treatment goals and specific needs. I specialize in areas such as anger management, ADHD, children's mental and behavioral health, family relationships, PTSD, anxiety, depression, autism spectrum support, adolescent and teen mental and behavioral health, developmental disabilities, medical issues and physical health, perinatal support (including pregnancy, prenatal, and postpartum), and stress management.
