Getting to know Amanda Daginella

I received my graduate clinical degree, an M.S. in Family Therapy, from Nova Southeastern University in 2014. Prior to this, I earned my undergraduate degree, a B.S. in Sociology with minors in Psychology and Child Development, in 2011 from Florida State University. I have been in the mental health field since 2012. I have worked with adults, adolescents, children, and their families in both the Miami-Dade and Broward County school settings, as well as with adults and adolescents throughout the state of Florida in home, clinic, and telehealth settings. I am passionate about the importance of a healthy family system as the foundation for an individual to live a fulfilled and well-balanced lifestyle. My psychotherapy educational background, along with my concentration in both CBT and Solutions-Focused therapies, assists me in my systemic approach to treatment—addressing both the individual's heart and mind, as well as all the physical environments they engage with daily, including work, school, home, and social settings.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
