What makes my practice unique is my holistic approach—I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I adapt my methods to fit each client’s personality, challenges, and goals. My work is rooted in compassion, authenticity, and a deep understanding of human resilience. My approach Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, or self-doubt, I’m here to help you navigate life’s challenges with the tools and support you need. Healing is a journey, and I’m honored to walk alongside you. My focus Having worked in higher education, crisis intervention, and with military populations, I bring a well-rounded perspective to therapy. My experiences have shaped the way I connect with clients, especially young adults, professionals navigating career stress, and individuals coping with major life transitions. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and will give you opportunities to reflect on your experiences with you as an empathetic partner. If we’re working through something challenging, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My journey to mental healthcare I chose a career in therapy because it has always come naturally to me. I've always found fulfillment in listening more than speaking, which made this path a perfect fit. It allows me to be of service to others in a meaningful way. Over the years, I’ve realized that much of life’s confusion stems from either not speaking up or not truly listening. I'm grateful to be in a position where I can help clients heal from shame, guilt, anger, and a range of emotional struggles—simply by offering a safe space and a listening ear. My goals for you I help clients achieve their goals by guiding them in setting clear, concise, and measurable objectives that can be accomplished within 5 to 8 sessions.
