Hi, my name is Amanda Rozell, and I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor dedicated to helping clients who feel overwhelmed, anxious, or stuck. I work with those are doing their best to hold everything together who may also be quietly struggling inside. You might be seeking clarity, emotional relief, or support navigating relationships and major life changes. My goal is to offer a calm, nonjudgmental space where you can slow down, feel understood, and begin working toward a life that feels more balanced and meaningful to you. I hold a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marist College and a Bachelor's degree from Mount Saint Mary College. My hope in conducting these assessments and meeting with you is to discuss your results and help you gain a clearer understanding of your mental health. To support clients on their unique ADHD journey, I offer treatment planning focused on improving focus, organization, and emotional regulation. . I look forward to connecting with you soon!

My approach blends CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed techniques to support insight, healing, and growth.
