Hi, I’m Amanna! I’m a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) who is passionate about helping people feel seen, supported, and empowered. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without judgment—and know that you’re not facing life’s challenges alone. My background includes working with children, adolescents, and adults in community mental health, crisis intervention, behavioral health, and mobile treatment settings. I’ve had the privilege of supporting individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, emotional regulation, and everyday challenges. My goal is to create a welcoming, supportive environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves while working toward meaningful growth and healing. Outside of the therapeutic space, you’ll find me spending time with family and friends, cooking, reading, or finding little moments of joy in everyday life. I believe laughter, authenticity, and genuine connection can be incredibly healing, and I strive to bring those qualities into every session.
