I earned my bachelor's degree in Psychology and Social Work from the University of Rio Grande and went on to complete a Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University, specializing in Crisis and Trauma. My passion lies in working with adults to address substance use and addiction issues, as well as various mental health concerns. I have extensive experience in helping clients navigate through anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, self-esteem challenges, trauma, and substance use and addiction concerns. I also offer couples and marital counseling, and have facilitated both substance use/addiction and mental health groups.
