Getting to know Amber Cleveland Lewter

For the past 11 years, I have worked with individuals and couples to resolve relationship issues, cope with anxiety and stress, and create healthier, more fulfilling lives. I hold a Master's in Professional Counseling from Georgia State University and have specialized training in relationship issues, conflict resolution, holistic health, and stress management. My approach to therapy is to help clients get unstuck and recognize the choices and power they have in their lives. Modern life is incredibly stressful, and many of us feel like we are struggling on a daily basis. I help people move out of the struggle and into enjoying life again. In sessions with me, clients can expect to take away supportive feedback, accountability, empowered choice, and, from time to time, a little good old-fashioned homework. Our time together in session is very valuable, but the time between sessions is useful, too. I help my clients make the most of our work together both in and out of session so that their growth translates into their everyday lives.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
