I entered the virtual waiting room ten minutes before my appointment. The provider never showed up. I waited forty minutes into my appointment time, tried to call and was sent to voicemail, and sent a report through the zocdoc profile. I never met with the provider, was not sent any messages prior to the appointment, and have not received any since the appointment.
