My name is Amber, and I have worked in the mental health field for the last 13 years. I started my career working with domestic violence and sexual assault survivors. During my time with that victim services department, I also did outreach with youth in my area. My career then shifted to working with the forensic population-mentally ill clients who had felony charges. The next step in my career was working with parents battling addiction who had open cases with DCF. I provided in-home substance abuse and mental health counseling. I enjoy working with the substance abuse community and work with clients from age 13 to 101. I hold a master's degree in Counseling from Grand Canyon University and am licensed in mental health counseling.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
