Hi there, I'm Ameshia! Hello, my name is Ameshia Arthur. I hold a Master's in Social Work from California State University, Sacramento, and a Bachelor's degree from San Francisco State University. I am trained in many evidence-based modalities so I can respond to the unique needs and personalities of each client. My approach I am a trauma-informed therapist who utilizes various modalities depending on the person and concern. These include CBT, DBT, Narrative, Solution Focused, EFT, and others. My focus I work primarily with adults adjusting to significant life transitions, as well as those dealing with depression or anxiety.
