Hi there, I'm Amie! I’d be honored to walk alongside you on the Sacred Journey toward a life that feels more connected, peaceful, and more authentic to who you are. Whether you’re trying to navigate ADHD, anxiety, support a struggling child, reconnect with your partner, or find your way through a time of transition, I would love to compassionately support you! My focus I love working with highly sensitive people (HSP), neurodivergent adults, children, and couples navigating ADHD, anxiety, life transitions, chronic pain, relationship stress, or deeper personal/spiritual growth. You'll feel understood, supported, and empowered as we create real, lasting change together through a tried and true four-phase method. My approach My approach is warm, intuitive, compassionate, and experiential. As a certified Effortless Mindfulness Teacher, I help people who find mindfulness difficult to learn to retrain their nervous systems and access deep calm. I also use IFS, EMDR, attachment work, somatic approaches, play/creative work with children, and Gottman-informed couples work. My communication style My communication style is warm, compassionate, intuitive, and affirming. I listen closely and create space for you to feel deeply understood, while also gently guiding us beyond talk therapy and into the deeper inner work. I’ll help you uncover what’s ready to shift so you can move toward freedom, self-trust, and a life of greater ease and peace. My journey to mental healthcare I’ve always had a deep, intuitive knowing that helping people heal, grow, and come home to themselves was part of what I was here to do. That sense of purpose is what drew me to this work, and it still guides the way I show up—with warmth, compassion, curiosity, and a genuine belief in what can change when people feel deeply supported. My goals for you We’ll move through four phases: nervous system rewiring, inward discovery, deep re-patterning, and integration.
