I believe everyone needs therapy at some point in their lives. We all go through difficult situations and challenges that shouldn't be ignored. It takes courage to face these challenges and seek help from someone who is unbiased, accepting, understanding, and knowledgeable about what you are going through. Unfortunately, when we are in a certain situation for a long time, we tend to normalize it and think that's how things should be. We may be in denial or unable to accept that we have been in the wrong relationship or career for a long time. It's difficult to see the full picture while you're in it, and you need someone knowledgeable about the human psyche to guide you through these situations so you can handle them wisely. It is critical to understand that people are not the same, and that's why we should NOT treat everyone like we want to be treated. This is a false statement. We should treat everyone kindly while setting the right boundaries. Carl Jung once said, “The man sees in the world what's in his heart.” This is a loaded statement worthy of deep analysis. On a different note, if you are experiencing anxiety, depression, or symptoms of other issues, we can apply the right approach to reduce or eliminate them as much as possible. Medication should be the last resort. I hold a Doctor of Clinical Psychology from California Southern University and a Master's in Counseling and Organizational Psychology from Adler University, which equip me to provide thoughtful, effective support tailored to your unique needs.

In-network insurances

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
