Reaching out for help is the first step. Finding someone who leans in during trying times is next. The best part of seeking help is that your journey is yours alone. My job is to help you find what works for you. I bring the skills I've learned throughout my career into my therapy practice, with joy, laughter, and straightforward discussions. My approach I provide therapy for those seeking assistance with anxiety, depression, life transitions, end-of-life issues, grief, and more. My practice meets each client where they are and works in tandem to create a plan that allows each person to achieve their goals. As your therapist, I believe everyone needs someone to hold space for them. Our goal is to provide a place where you can be yourself and find the path to a better self. What that looks like differs for everyone. My focus I work with adults managing anxiety, life transitions, and self-esteem challenges. Whether you’re working through trauma, building coping skills, or exploring your goals, I’ll collaborate with you to create a plan for growth that feels empowering and achievable. My communication style I prioritize clear, open communication to create a supportive, non-judgmental environment. I practice active listening and offer opportunities to reflect on your experiences as an empathetic partner. When working through challenges, you can expect me to be calm and patient. My journey to mental healthcare My journey began as a Hospice Social Worker and has led me down many paths to this era of my career. Throughout my roles as a Social Worker, I have found my greatest talent is meeting people where they are. In life and in death, we process many things. I have learned to follow my heart in this practice, utilizing gifts from past families and clients to share with others. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Florida State University, which has provided a strong foundation for my work in mental healthcare.
