She found a true passion in helping clients work through adverse experiences from their past. Most recently, Amy became trained in the level one Gottman Method for couples counseling. It has been very fulfilling to support couples in finding happiness in their relationships. Amy utilizes a blend of Humanistic and CBT while people are in search of finding their truest selves during the counseling process.
