“Amy is the best therapist I have ever had and the first therapist I have trusted to help me work through my trauma. She is so kind and compassionate while also honest and straightforward. I've been working with Amy weekly for over six months now and she had helped me overcome severe anxiety. She is highly skilled at the Brainspotting technique, which I believe has helped me accelerate my progress in working through my problems. I feel super comfortable with Amy and I would highly recommend her to anyone needing counseling. ”

After 5 years of therapy I hit a plateau with my therapist I’ve been seeing and was very good btw. After few sessions with Amy I recognized that I am progressing again. I decide to switch over to her and I am discovering things about myself in my 40’s that make me wish I have met Amy earlier. She is open and honest, gentle but firm enough for self reflection, and I never feel judged or afraid to open myself to her which is so important for a therapy. I am very satisfied with her work and thankful for her guidance.
I have been seeing Amy since December. I’m so thankful to have found her. She has given me the tools to fix my life and heal my trauma. I strongly recommend Amy if you’re looking for a great therapist.
Amy is an excellent therapist. She is very straightforward with you while still phrasing things to where it's not mean. She always wants to focus on the root of the issue and solve that to promote your healing, and she never has an angry demeanor. She's very welcoming and from the first time I stepped foot in her office I knew I was in a safe place to discuss my issues. She helps you create real life solutions and helps set boundaries for your life, and is just overall a promoter of healing. She works WITH you and not FOR you, and it helps promote long term solutions to everyday issues. Amy is someone I recommend 100%. Very personal with you while staying professional. I've seen a lot of positive change in myself that my family and friends have also seen, and that speaks for itself. She's amazing.
