“Amy is an absolutely incredible therapist! I am beyond grateful for her! She pushes me in such a gentle way out of my comfort zone to help me look inward to things that may be uncomfortable to address but so important to heal! She has helped connect me back with the earth and my higher power and the things that serve myself in a positive and beautiful way!! ”

Getting to know Amy Finlayson

I have been in the field of healing and self-improvement for over twenty years and have learned many types of tools from many types of teachers. Our most important gift to the world is to take responsibility for our own healing. Life itself is our greatest teacher; sometimes we just need a little shift in how we are perceiving things. I have been through trauma and darkness myself and know that peace and happiness are available on the other side. Every single human has a unique story and path to self-actualization. I would be honored to learn more about where you are on yours and help you navigate and clear whatever is in your way. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling from Southwestern College, which has deepened my understanding and ability to support others on their healing journeys. Life is happening as it is... what is happening with you?

Initially signed up for a short pre-interview but felt so comfortable with her that I delved into a full hour session with her. She is very good at listening and understanding what is going on--seems second nature to her! Anyway, we seem like a very good fit for each other
