I adhere to the highest ethical standards, with privacy, dignity, and confidentiality being of utmost importance. My focus I work with clients ages 17 and up who are experiencing anxiety and panic disorders, trauma, grief and loss, relationship challenges (marital, divorce, family, friends, co-workers), parenting issues, women?s mental health, depression, and life transitions. Together, we will explore current and past emotional issues and help you work through them to break through the barriers of psychological pain and suffering. I am here to support and empower you on your journey to emotional healing, wholeness, and wellness. My communication style The key to establishing a strong therapeutic relationship is providing a safe, caring, nonjudgmental environment where clients can develop the trust and hope necessary to begin their journey to emotional healing. I use a compassionate, empathic, client-centered approach. Clients feel seen and heard within a safe, compassionate space. My journey to mental healthcare Ever since I was a young child, I have wanted to help my friends and family. Growing up, I was fascinated with psychology and understanding the mind.
