My focus With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field—both as a non-licensed and licensed professional—I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients. My experience includes supporting individuals walking through serious mental illness, various addictions, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. I have a particular passion for working with clients navigating unplanned pregnancies at any age, spiritual trauma and abuse, and those coping with emotional challenges like anxiety and depression. One of the most rewarding parts of my work is witnessing my clients’ journeys from feeling hopeless to discovering hope and resilience.
