What should a new client know about working with you?

I offer sensitive connection and understanding around injuries to self-esteem and experiences of core shame, and believe that therapy can help to integrate past experiences, inner conflicts, and different parts of who you are into a more grounded and authentic whole. I believe your deepest self is always present as a safe and true guide- it is the aim of our work together to listen to and use that connection. There is no wrong starting place- come as you are!

My approach is holistic and depth-oriented, and may include dreamwork and somatic and meditative practices.
