Hello! My name is Amy Lovelace, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master’s in Counseling from Loyola University New Orleans. I am currently based in the Greater New York City area and have over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field. My goal for our sessions is to focus completely on your needs by cultivating a warm and inviting atmosphere to nurture the strengths you already possess. I use an integrative therapeutic approach centered on building self-esteem and courage to help clients gain insight into negative thoughts and challenging emotional or behavioral patterns that often sidetrack us.
