I am an anti-diet, intersectional, and trauma-informed social worker who uses an eclectic approach to support your goals, challenge unhelpful patterns, and empower you to be your own therapist and biggest support. I will commit to your experience and my own deconstruction in our work together. I have experience working with children in foster care, families, and individuals from age 2 to 82.
