“My insurance changed and I went a while between LCSW therapists, with long term spine issues, pain, sleep issues and all that goes with these chronic issues. Amy is a sounding board mostly, as I've done a lot of work educating and practicing this life. If I can't be well physically, I need to strive to be well, mentally, emotionally, relationally, financially, spiritually etc. living life in the present, honestly, openly and sometimes it's enough to somehow get through the day.”

I knew that I needed and wanted faith-based therapy, a Christian therapist, because I knew that what was wrong with me only God could fix. And when I saw she also mentioned DBT, I knew she would be a good fit for me. She had such a kind face so I took a leap of faith and chose Amy. I really feel that God led me to her. We immediately “clicked” and she has helped me so much!
