“Amy is really understanding and compassionate. I feel completely safe sharing any thoughts I have, whether good or bad, with her. I feel safe telling her if something she said hurt me and I know that she will be understanding about it. I have had lots of therapists in the past and they have all let me down and have not been a safe space for me, Amy is different. She is the best therapist I’ve ever had and I know that she cares about me. I couldn’t ask for a better therapist.”

Having never engaged in therapy I was nervous to start the process but Amy was very kind and comforting all while providing guidance in a constructive way. She asked what my goals were and we are working towards accomplishing those goals.
