Hi, my name is Amy, and I’m here to help! I’m a licensed mental health counselor with 25 years of experience working with individuals and families across all ages. I’ve supported clients through a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, and more. What should a new client know about working with you?

As your therapist, I will create a safe and supportive environment where you can openly express and explore your thoughts and feelings. I take an eclectic therapeutic approach, equipping my clients with a variety of techniques to foster lasting change from the inside out.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During our first session, we’ll talk about what brought you to therapy and what you’re hoping to work on. I’m always happy to answer any questions you may have and will walk you through what to expect moving forward. My goal is to ensure you feel comfortable, informed, and supported from the very beginning.
