Psychotherapist

Have you ever wanted to get therapy and were concerned about finding a queer-friendly therapist? Are you an adult dealing with ADHD and tired of all the articles online only having advice for dealing with kids with ADHD? Do you need help defining and setting healthy boundaries with those you care about? We all could use some extra support these days, and it is nice knowing there is someone out there to help you process whatever it is you are dealing with in that moment. Whether it be a coming out process, a gender identity exploration, a late diagnosis of ADHD that shakes up your world, or a realization that you are worth the time it takes to set healthy boundaries with those around you, talking with a therapist who can offer support and affirmation while navigating these changes can make a world of difference. As a queer-identifying therapist myself, I know how important it is to have a space where you feel safe to be you. I practice with a client-focused lens, recognizing that you are the expert in your life and only by working together can we help you achieve the goals we will discover together. Utilizing several different models such as DBT, ACT, and Motivational Interviewing, I plan to meet you where you are and maintain an individualized approach that allows us to have the flexibility to address whatever it is you need to process during a session. I currently offer availability Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday evenings, to reach those who have difficulty accessing mental health treatment during normal business hours.
