Hi there, I'm Andrea! My name is Andrea Espinoza, LMFT. I see my role as someone who helps guide you on your journey and strives to empower people to live their most authentic lives. My approach I prefer a Narrative approach in the work that I do, which allows me to help others consider different perspectives in their stories. This can help alleviate problems experienced and contribute to a more preferred existence or story. My focus I work with clients who want to improve their experiences in life. My AASECT training supports my work with individuals and couples seeking to improve intimacy and sexual wellness, including sex education and empowerment. My communication style I am collaborative in nature and believe the client is the expert of their life; my role is to help guide the journey, not to tell anyone how to solve the problems they experience. I want to empower those I work with to live authentically. My journey to therapy My own personal challenges in life have contributed to my decision to help others seeking to improve their stories. I strive to empower and enable others to achieve their desired outcomes. I am also an advocate for inclusive sex education. Education I earned my Master’s in Social Work from Alliant International University, which has provided a strong foundation for my clinical work. My goals for you All treatment goals are developed collaboratively with clients, using their language to ensure their desired outcomes are targeted.
