As a therapist with more than ten years of experience, I specialize in helping caregivers and military-connected individuals navigate life's stressors while maintaining a true sense of self. I also work with teens (ages 15-19) and adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, life transitions, and self-esteem. My style is genuine and curious, utilizing active listening and clarification to ensure you feel understood and hopeful about the future. What should a new client know about working with you?

DISCLAIMER: We are not able to accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time. My path toward therapy began with spiritual beliefs highlighting the call to bring hope to a hurting world. At the same time, my own experiences as a therapy patient taught me the value of providing the highest quality of care. These perspectives shape my practice now, where I bring competence and creativity to each session while consistently seeking feedback to ensure we are on the right track toward goal realization.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe that hardship can be viewed from a lens of learning so that life can be experienced on a deeper level. That’s why I take a creative, empowering, and collaborative approach to care, not only understanding your suffering but using it to build a stronger interpersonal connection. This sincere and validating relationship allows us to delve below the surface to identify the root causes of distress and create lasting change. Care is tailored to your unique vision of a brighter future and may include motivational interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Dialectal Behavior Therapy to help you notice improvement quickly.
