I hope to provide support to individuals with any struggles they have including depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and family issues. I also see I am a therapist with a warm, person-centered, and inclusive approach to care. I believe therapy is most effective when it honors the whole person—beyond labels, symptoms, or diagnoses.
