Hi there, I'm Andrea! Welcome, and thanks for taking the time to read my profile! My name is Andrea Moore, and I am a licensed mental health counselor in Florida. I earned my bachelor's degree from Aurora University. I follow a client-centered, eclectic, and strengths-based approach to therapy. I have experience in both counseling and coaching. My areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief/loss, relationship issues, and burnout. I meet my clients where they're at to develop goals toward wellness and a better life balance! I look forward to working with you. My approach I use an eclectic, client-centered, and strengths-based approach. I have had additional training in LGBTQ+ issues, grief/loss, and relationships. I am trained in EMDR and certified in CBT. My focus I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, LGBTQ+ issues, grief/loss, and relationship challenges. My communication style I provide a non-judgmental environment for my clients and often use humor in sessions. My journey to mental healthcare I was always the friend people confided in and sought advice from. I have long been interested in emotions and the power of our minds! I have traveled with many clients on amazing healing journeys, which drives my passion for this work. My goals for you I collaborate with my clients to set achievable goals based on their presenting issues.
