Having spent 18 years in the Mental Health field and 8 years in Private Practice, I have gained the confidence to empower individuals, offer guidance, and be a supportive part of your journey towards conquering life's challenges. I hold a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from Webster University, which has further equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective care. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population. This includes children with Autism, ADHD/ADD, young adults, and elderly individuals who have been diagnosed with chronic Mental Illness.

What should a new client know about working with you?

As your therapist, my priority is to ensure your comfort and provide a positive counseling experience that helps you grow and achieve your goals. I prioritize self-care and mental health and encourage positive coping strategies. I am excited to work alongside you to achieve these objectives and fill your HOPE tank!

What is your typical process for working with clients?

During your first session, we will conduct an assessment that typically takes 45-60 minutes to complete. I will ask you some questions to help me understand your situation better and get to know you more. Based on your needs, we can schedule weekly or bi-weekly meetings that will last 45-60 minutes each.
