Having spent 18 years in the Mental Health field and 8 years in Private Practice, I have gained the confidence to empower individuals, offer guidance, and be a supportive part of your journey towards conquering life's challenges. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with a diverse population. This includes children with Autism, ADHD/ADD, young adults, and elderly individuals who have been diagnosed with chronic Mental Illness.
