Getting to know Andrew Fromm

My goal is to help lighten your burden so that you can unlock more of your potential. I will walk alongside you as you gain new insights, address past traumas, build new habits, reshape the narrative of your past, and start creating the future you envision. My clients seek counseling for a variety of reasons, including anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, sexuality, or simply a desire to grow and live more authentically. I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northwestern University, which has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you effectively on your journey.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I take an integrative approach to counseling, drawing from psychodynamic, narrative, solution-focused, and cognitive behavioral therapies to help individuals achieve their personal, relational, and mental health goals. With a trauma-informed perspective, I will work with you to explore both current challenges and past experiences that may be hindering your growth.
