However, I am also dedicated to supporting those seeking help without a formal diagnosis or a clear vision of their treatment needs. I practice within a psychodynamic framework, integrating applied Motivational Interviewing (MI), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) techniques. My experience at Veterans Affairs and with first responders at Recovery Centers of America has given me a specialty in trauma-informed care. I am currently training in EMDR to provide advanced trauma processing therapy. If you feel ready to engage in the process of achieving greater personal wellness by improving your mental and emotional health, please do not hesitate to reach out.
