In our first meetings, we’ll talk about your experiences and work together to create a plan that fits your needs. This plan will include strategies to help you change negative thoughts and develop coping skills. Many people start to feel better, both in their mood and confidence; within the first month, which can lead to a happier, more fulfilling life.
