Hello! I'm a Georgia native and enjoy supporting my Georgia teams. I really like working with all types of people and helping those who are trying to regain control of their mental health. Most people have experienced a traumatizing event in their lives, and with proper support, they can work through those events and come out stronger. I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and specialize in trauma, PTSD, and peer relationships. I earned my Master’s in Counselor Education from Capella University, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide effective, compassionate care. I enjoy learning and evolving, staying up to date on the latest changes and best practices in therapy. In my free time, I enjoy reading, watching cartoons, playing video games, and spending time with my family.

What should a new client know about working with you?

During our first session, I want to know what led you to start your therapeutic process. I'll listen and gather information about your background. This gives me some idea of who you may be and how you could best be helped. I also want to know your baseline for how you are currently functioning and how you functioned in the past.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
