My approach My approach to therapy is collaborative and personalized. I tailor my approach to the client's needs and goals. I use (CBT) to help identify and reframe unhelpful thoughts, (DBT) to learn balance and emotional regulation, along with Mindfulness to build inner peace. I also use other skills and techniques as needed to provide personalized care. My communication style My communication style is warm, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a safe conversation where you can be yourself without judgment or pressure. I listen with openness and care, ask questions to better understand your experiences, and help you to feel heard, understood, and supported. My journey to mental healthcare My journey into therapy grew from a desire to help people find healing, balance, and hope within themselves. I am passionate about helping others navigate life's challenges and supporting them through moments when they may feel overwhelmed, stuck, or alone.
