Sessions are a warm and trusted place to be. I use an eclectic approach to therapy and often seek training in other modalities. I was trained in EMDR, Neurofeedback, and Prepare and Enrich (premarital and marriage assessment). I hold a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Palm Beach Atlantic University. Empathy and active listening are my greatest strengths. I am cheerful and empathetic, working well with children, adolescents, and adults.
