I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Houston and my Bachelor's from the University of Texas, Austin. I enjoy helping adolescent and adult clients navigate life circumstances including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, grief and loss, self-esteem, life changes, career difficulties, separation and divorce, and young adult challenges. My approach I focus on Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Family Systems, and a Strengths-Based approach. I believe you are the expert of your story with many strengths to overcome challenges. My focus I love working with adolescents and young adults navigating the transition to independence. I personalize the communication style to your unique needs. My journey to therapy I have always loved helping others! I started college aiming to become a physical therapist. After struggling with Biology and experiencing therapy personally, I changed course. I connected with the Psychology Department and had a mentor who introduced me to Social Work.
