Angelica Darling, LCPC

Angelica Darling, LCPC

Psychotherapist
MD
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and have been in the field for 4 years. I graduated from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2020 with an M.A. in Forensic Psychology and received my counseling license not long after graduating. My experience includes working with high school-aged students battling emotional and behavioral concerns, conducting clinical interviews, and helping individuals of all ages and backgrounds dealing with anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to help my clients see that they can dominate their worries and fears while letting go of what they cannot control. As a clinician, I tailor my style to what suits the client best. While I usually operate from a CBT approach, I also incorporate talk therapy and approaches designed to highlight an individual's strengths to empower them. Additionally, I have been in a position that involves training and teaching other professionals how to diagnose and approach different topics with clients. Teaching is something I not only love to do with other professionals but with my clients as well!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
