What is your typical process for working with clients?

In our first session, we'll take the time to get to know each other and discuss what brought you to therapy. This is meant to be supportive and relaxed with no pressure to share more than you are comfortable. We'll also talk about what to expect moving forward, and begin identifying your goals for therapy. We will work together, at your pace, to ensure treatment focuses on your personal goals.
