I often use motivational interviewing and a strengths based perspective to highlight resilience and support meaningful growth to help them achieve their goals. Above all, I prioritize safety, connection, and empowerment, helping each person feel supported as they move toward a healthier, more hopeful future.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

When you are ready to get started, schedule an initial assessment visit (intake) through Zocdoc. After you book an appointment, a care coordinator will reach out to review your method of payment and/or insurance number and answer any initial questions you may have before our first visit.
