I am a trauma-informed therapist with training and experience in multitude of modalities, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and commitment Therapy (ACT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI). I received my master's degree in social work from Boston College School of Social Work. I have experience collaborating with a diverse clientele.
