I earned my MEd in School Counseling from Liberty University. I use a person-centered approach to tailor therapy to the individual. I use a variety of treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution Focused, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). I work with a variety of conditions, including anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, PTSD, borderline personality disorder, mood disorders, grief, and life stages. I actively listen and process with each client, providing a safe and nurturing space for healing. I have a strong desire to help others achieve their goals. Together, we will establish the goals you want to work on in therapy. Our first session will be collaborative to set your goals, answer any questions you may have, and build rapport to develop the therapeutic relationship.
